Job Description

Job Description: As a Technical Product Manager (TPM) in Industrial Automation, you will oversee the development and execution of products related to variable frequency drives and AC motors. You will bridge the gap between engineering teams and business requirements, ensuring that our products meet both technical specifications and market needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Product Strategy and Roadmaps: Develop and maintain product strategy and roadmaps, aligning with business goals and market demands.
  • Gather and Prioritize Requirements: Collect and prioritize product and customer requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
  • Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of variable frequency drives, AC motors, and industrial automation technologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, market trends, and user feedback to make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving shared goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying issues and crafting innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in industrial automation.
  • Strong technical background with experience in variable frequency drives and AC motor technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
