Act as liaison between sales reps and operations to support existing accounts and pursue new business via inside/outside outreach. Prepare quotes, maintain databases, respond to customer inquiries, run review calls, and deliver strong customer service while completing assigned tasks.

Assist the Finance Manager with preparing financial statements, maintaining supporting schedules, analyzing income and expense accounts, performing account reconciliations and journal entries, manipulating data in Excel, and aiding integration of accounting systems.
