Lead day-to-day distribution center operations across receiving, shipping, inventory, VAS, and returns. Drive KPIs, workforce planning, P&L-aligned labour management, safety/OSHA compliance, process improvements, staff development, facility and MHE maintenance, billing, and contract adherence.

Manage and retain a book of 3PL clients by maintaining strong communication, identifying needs, responding to inquiries, offering solutions, and driving upsell/cross-sell of Delmar services. Develop product knowledge to support client needs and business development.
