Responsible for accounts payable and receivable for an international portfolio: verify invoices, prepare payments, reconcile statements, enforce payment terms, and collect overdue balances.

Reporting to the Freight Manager, the Junior Export Coordinator handles export documentation, interacts with customers and service providers, processes ocean export shipments, tracks and traces cargo to destination, monitors outgoing couriers, and performs other assigned duties to ensure accurate, timely shipments.
