Mandat:
Relevant du gestionnaire des services de transport terrestre, le coordonnateur de la logistique agira à titre de personne-ressource principale pour les comptes clients qui lui seront attribués au sein de la division du transport terrestre. Il ou elle appuiera les opérations en offrant un service rapide et efficace pour répondre à toutes les demandes des clients.
Responsabilités:
- Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.
- Répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients dans les délais établis.
- Organiser et coordonner efficacement les expéditions par route.
- Saisir les données avec précision et efficacité dans notre système informatique.
- Assurer le suivi et la traçabilité des expéditions afin de garantir une livraison dans les délais.
- Préparer et tenir à jour les procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) des clients.
Exigences :
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un domaine connexe
- Expérience en service à la clientèle.
- Connaissance du secteur du transport routier.
- Le bilinguisme (anglais et français) est obligatoire.

Mandate:
Reporting to the Manager of Ground Transportation Services, the Logistics Coordinator will act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts within the Ground Transportation division. He/She will support operations by providing timely and efficient service to all customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
- Respond promptly to client requests within established timelines.
- Organize and coordinate road shipments efficiently.
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our computer system.
- Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in related field
- Experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of the trucking industry.
- Bilingualism in English and French is required.
