Configure and quote Delkor packaging systems by producing system costing reports, layout drawings, and detailed proposals. Lead quote projects, present to internal and external stakeholders, maintain product expertise, develop financial project data, and coordinate across sales, engineering, procurement, operations, and accounting to ensure accurate pricing and project scope.

Design and document electrical systems and panel layouts for customer machines, select components, produce schematics, collaborate with controls programmers, support assembly and service troubleshooting, develop standards and manuals, assist R&D, and occasionally perform field service and on-site debugging.

Design and develop machine assemblies and custom components, create CAD models, drawings, and BOMs, lead design projects, perform FEA/motion analysis, support manufacturing and service, estimate costs, process change orders, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Design and develop new machinery and prototype equipment; create CAD assemblies, detail drawings, BOMs, and cost estimates; lead engineering teams and manage projects from order entry through field testing; perform FEA and motion analysis; interface with customers and sales, mentor colleagues, and ensure compliance with safety and release procedures.

Design and produce CAD assemblies, part models, detailed drawings, and BOMs for machine orders. Create custom components, process engineering change orders, maintain PDM/Infor Syteline data, support assembly floor troubleshooting, report safety/performance issues, and meet design release deadlines under engineering supervision.

Design, develop, and lead automation controls and new machinery projects from concept through field testing. Specify controls hardware and software, program PLC/HMI/servo systems, manage project schedules, mentor engineers, coordinate with sales and customers, and ensure safety and performance of packaging machinery and production lines.

Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes (including 5-axis) and manual machines; program using CAM, conversational controls, or G-code; read prints; meet production and quality standards; perform routine maintenance; recommend tooling improvements; assist with material handling, training, and machine assembly.

Design, program, and maintain PLC and robot control systems for packaging machinery. Develop hardware/software designs, troubleshoot field issues, manage product line code, support testing and service, and supervise subcontractors while ensuring safety compliance and documentation.

Develop, modify, and maintain control programs for machines, robotics, and integrated systems. Support factory testing, troubleshoot field issues, assist service technicians, create documentation, and work on projects to improve machine performance, reliability, and usability. Provide on-site and remote support as needed.

Supervise mechanical engineers, manage performance, improve engineering processes, oversee design projects, and ensure safety standards are met.
