Configures and quotes industrial packaging solutions by preparing costing reports, system layout drawings, and customer proposals. Presents projects to management, customers, and sales teams; advises on product positioning; analyzes project financial impacts; and collaborates with engineering, operations, procurement, scheduling, accounting, and sales. The role requires expertise in Delkor product lines, engineering drawings, technical software, business math, and customer relationship building.

Designs and develops custom packaging machinery, including machine concepts, layouts, mechanical assemblies, components, drawings, BOMs, prototypes, and validation systems. Leads technical project execution from order entry through field testing, coordinates manufacturing and customer activities, resolves technical issues, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Mentors engineers, manages schedules and risks, supports machine orders, and improves development processes. Requires substantial mechanical design experience with SolidWorks or similar tools, machine controls, servo-driven equipment, FEA, and motion analysis.

Improve and scale manufacturing processes, assembly, testing, tooling, and materials in a high-production environment. Establish lean and 5S practices, production standards, maintenance requirements, quality methods, and process documentation. Support equipment vendors, supervise assembly technicians, create training videos, analyze production trends, and ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance while maintaining a safe, efficient production floor.
