Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for strategic enterprise accounts, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, retention, expansion, and executive business reviews. Build trusted relationships with security and executive stakeholders, translate privacy protection into measurable risk-reduction outcomes, manage escalations, support security and compliance workflows, and maintain account health, success plans, and forecasts. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, Legal, and Security to improve customer outcomes and inform product and service strategy.

Own end-to-end retention and success for a portfolio of public sector SaaS accounts: onboard, drive adoption, conduct EBRs, mitigate churn, manage renewals and procurement, coordinate cross-functionally, support growth, and mentor junior CSMs.

Lead AI-native growth by building and owning the GTM systems architecture. Automate end-to-end funnel with LLMs and agents, instrument attribution and pipeline metrics, prototype internal tools rapidly, partner across marketing, sales, and RevOps, and grow a team of GTM engineers focused on automation and measurable pipeline outcomes.

Design and lead the evolution of DeleteMe's platform by writing code and making architectural decisions across the software stack.

The Product Manager will oversee cybersecurity features, manage API integrations, and ensure product functionality aligns with customer needs, including prototyping and writing user stories.

Own and grow a portfolio of reseller partnerships, drive joint deals and co-sell motion, recruit and enable new partners, develop joint business plans and co-marketing, represent DeleteMe at partner events, and track partner performance and ROI. Bonus: experience in public sector partner transactions.

Build and run DeleteMe's public sector marketing programs: manage events, create federal/state-specific content, enable sales with capture materials, support RFI/RFP responses, track event ROI and pipeline influence.

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will oversee consumer retention and engagement programs, focusing on enhancing the customer lifecycle through strategic marketing initiatives and collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
