Establish and manage DeleteMe’s deal desk function, supporting complex B2B SaaS deals, quote approvals, pricing, contracting, and margin integrity. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations; supports Salesforce and CPQ implementation; maintains workflows and templates; and optimizes quote-to-contract processes. The manager will build scalable processes, serve as a deal desk subject matter expert, and enable direct and partner revenue motions.

Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for strategic enterprise accounts, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, retention, expansion, and executive business reviews. Build trusted relationships with security and executive stakeholders, translate privacy protection into measurable risk-reduction outcomes, manage escalations, support security and compliance workflows, and maintain account health, success plans, and forecasts. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, Legal, and Security to improve customer outcomes and inform product and service strategy.

The Account Executive will drive sales in State, Local, and Education markets, focusing on data privacy solutions. Responsibilities include lead generation, client qualification, negotiation, and coordination with internal resources, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
