Drive enterprise features like academies, certification programs, AI-driven gap analysis, and recommendations. Coordinate taxonomy, assessment design, ML collaboration, and product measures that prove skill growth and long-term data health across customers and integrations.

Own and evolve Degreed's analytics strategy and roadmap for in-product reporting and dashboards. Define metrics, govern metric definitions, partner with data engineering/science and design to build trusted visualizations, translate stakeholder needs into requirements, prioritize the analytics backlog, and measure adoption and impact to inform future roadmap decisions.

Lead end-to-end product design for Degreed's learning and skills platform, balancing enterprise admin and consumer experiences. Drive AI-native interaction decisions, extend the design system, prototype near-functional solutions, run user research and customer calls, and collaborate closely with engineers and product managers from discovery through launch and QA.

Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations of the Degreed platform, running discovery workshops, defining AI use cases, owning project plans, managing risks and scope, partnering on integrations (SSO, HRIS, content), mentoring consultants, and building reusable delivery playbooks to drive measurable learning outcomes.

The Sales Director will lead enterprise acquisition, managing complex sales cycles with C-suite leaders, focusing on strategic sales execution and territory management.
