Create and evolve Degreed’s brand across campaigns, social, web, events, presentations, sales enablement, product marketing, and executive communications. Translate complex B2B topics into clear, memorable creative work; manage projects from concept through production; develop scalable templates and asset libraries; collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams; and integrate AI tools into creative workflows while maintaining quality, originality, and brand consistency.

The Sales Director will lead enterprise acquisition, managing complex sales cycles with C-suite leaders, focusing on strategic sales execution and territory management.

Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations of the Degreed platform, running discovery workshops, defining AI use cases, owning project plans, managing risks and scope, partnering on integrations (SSO, HRIS, content), mentoring consultants, and building reusable delivery playbooks to drive measurable learning outcomes.
