Coordinate taxonomy, assessment design, ML collaboration, and product measures that prove skill growth and long-term data health across customers and integrations.

Own and evolve Degreed's analytics strategy and roadmap for in-product reporting and dashboards. Define metrics, govern metric definitions, partner with data engineering/science and design to build trusted visualizations, translate stakeholder needs into requirements, prioritize the analytics backlog, and measure adoption and impact to inform future roadmap decisions.

Lead Degreed27s creative vision to evolve the brand across web, campaigns, events, social, sales and executive storytelling. Hands-on art direction for high-priority initiatives, manage and develop a small creative team, build scalable creative operations and templates, and champion AI-enabled workflows to boost speed and quality while ensuring brand consistency and commercial impact.
