The Sales Director will lead enterprise acquisition, managing complex sales cycles with C-suite leaders, focusing on strategic sales execution and territory management.

Lead design and delivery of revenue enablement programs across onboarding, sales skills, product education, and GTM readiness. Partner with revenue leaders and RevOps to identify skill gaps, run training and events, produce sales collateral, implement enablement technologies, and measure impact on ramp time, win rates, and pipeline health.

Lead Degreed27s creative vision to evolve the brand across web, campaigns, events, social, sales and executive storytelling. Hands-on art direction for high-priority initiatives, manage and develop a small creative team, build scalable creative operations and templates, and champion AI-enabled workflows to boost speed and quality while ensuring brand consistency and commercial impact.
