Lead product strategy for Degreed's skills intelligence and learning experiences, owning the skills data model, proficiency scales, and personalized learning journeys. Drive enterprise features like academies, certification programs, AI-driven gap analysis, and recommendations. Coordinate taxonomy, assessment design, ML collaboration, and product measures that prove skill growth and long-term data health across customers and integrations.

Own and evolve Degreed's analytics strategy and roadmap for in-product reporting and dashboards. Define metrics, govern metric definitions, partner with data engineering/science and design to build trusted visualizations, translate stakeholder needs into requirements, prioritize the analytics backlog, and measure adoption and impact to inform future roadmap decisions.

Lead end-to-end product design for Degreed's learning and skills platform, balancing enterprise admin and consumer experiences. Drive AI-native interaction decisions, extend the design system, prototype near-functional solutions, run user research and customer calls, and collaborate closely with engineers and product managers from discovery through launch and QA.
