The Digital Senior Developer will contribute to the development of a consumer-facing platform using a full-stack approach, collaborating with teams while maintaining high standards in coding, testing, and design.

Lead and manage corporate partnerships across Sonnet and Petline, driving new distribution launches, partner retention, and P&L accountability. Collaborate cross-functionally to onboard and enable partners, optimize partner value, and recommend growth or exit strategies while ensuring financial performance and operational improvements.

Mentor junior staff, ensure file quality and timely communication, and support claims capability transformation for new markets and specialty lines.

Lead weekly performance reporting and presentations for Personal Insurance, analyze variances from plan, support annual and quarterly planning cycles, build financial models, prepare monthly/quarterly reports for stakeholders, and deliver ad-hoc analysis while improving reporting governance and documentation.

Sell and advise pet health insurance via inbound/outbound calls; educate clients on coverage, assist with policy and claims inquiries, upsell/retain customers, meet sales targets, document interactions, and support process improvements in a hybrid contact-center environment.

Entry-level underwriting assistant who processes commercial business requests from a service queue, performs data entry into policy systems, orders reports, supports underwriters and technical processing teams, meets SLAs and quality targets, and provides customer service and general office support.

Lead enterprise vulnerability remediation and platform risk management across infrastructure and end-user platforms. Coordinate patching, prioritize remediation, align processes with policies and regulations, participate in governance, and drive accountability with engineering, security, and application teams to improve risk posture and audit readiness.

Lead design, development, and modernization of Guidewire PolicyCenter integrations. Build, configure, and unit-test integration enhancements, modernize legacy integrations with microservices, troubleshoot production issues, support releases, participate in architecture and design discussions, perform code reviews, and liaise with business stakeholders while following Guidewire and secure coding best practices.

Manage and grow relationships with independent insurance brokers in a region to drive profitable gross written premium growth. Support sales pursuits, deploy broker services and training, resolve inquiries and complaints, act as regional SME on systems, and collaborate with underwriting, operations and claims to deliver a consistent broker experience.

Provide day-to-day office administration and facilities coordination while delivering first-line IT support. Manage office equipment, access and onboarding/offboarding, troubleshoot hardware/software and mobile devices, create and track ServiceNow tickets and asset records, liaise with Service Desk and vendors, and coordinate maintenance, lease returns, and device refreshes.

Lead development and evolution of Technology Solutions AI strategy; monitor market and AI trends; identify and recommend AI and automation opportunities; produce executive-ready presentations and Board materials; facilitate stakeholder sessions and QBRs; coordinate messaging and support executive events to align technology investments with business priorities.

Lead investment analytics and daily performance reporting for multi-asset portfolios. Perform attribution, scenario and sensitivity analyses, build analytical models and reporting solutions, oversee trade processing and data integrity, and support portfolio managers with risk and performance insights.

Lead architecture and delivery of scalable AI systems for P&C insurance, oversee fraud prevention platform from data to production, mentor AI engineers, collaborate with business stakeholders, prototype novel AI techniques (LLMs, GNNs, CV), and drive cloud deployments and responsible AI practices.

Manage outreach to remote veterinary clinics, breeders, and shelters via phone, email and virtual meetings to generate quotes and leads, support trial activations, maintain CRM engagement metrics, collaborate with Territory Managers and marketing to grow territory performance and execute promotional initiatives.

Evaluate, estimate, negotiate and settle property catastrophe claims; travel to loss sites across Canada; write estimates using Xactimate/Xactanalysis; document claims, interpret policy, identify subrogation, manage vendors and experts, apply building code knowledge, and support regional adjusting and national appraisal functions.

Represent Finance on systems projects (ERP migrations/implementations), lead business-requirement reviews and UAT, analyze large financial datasets for integrity and compliance (IFRS), support month-end systems, and drive process improvements and ad hoc financial projects while liaising with IT and cross-functional teams.

Lead and grow the Quebec commercial underwriting team, driving profitable portfolio growth through disciplined risk selection, broker relationship management, talent development, and strategic planning while ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
