Influences stakeholders, communicates complex concepts, supports fraud leadership, and drives products from discovery through implementation.

Leads centralized expense planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, performance reporting, and optimization for the Personal Insurance business. Partners with finance and senior leaders on expense allocation, workforce planning, scenario analysis, and cost-saving initiatives. Develops dashboards and governance processes, advises executives on financial trade-offs, and coaches the Expense Planning and Analysis team.
