Two-year rotational program developing commercial insurance underwriting expertise across processing, risk assessment, pricing, policy administration, broker relationship management, specialty underwriting, and strategic initiatives. Participants analyze business operations and financial information, evaluate risks, determine coverage and terms, support profitable growth, build broker partnerships, and contribute to process improvement and reporting. Successful participants are expected to transition into a permanent Commercial Insurance role and pursue the Chartered Insurance Professional designation.

Participate in a two-year rotational program across P&C insurance claims functions, including automotive, property, injury, business intelligence, vendor management, investigations, and subrogation. Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims; assess coverage and liability; communicate with stakeholders; maintain records; resolve disputes; analyze claims data; and ensure ethical, compliant outcomes. Successful participants are expected to transition into a permanent role after completing the rotations.

Two-year rotational program for recent graduates in actuarial science and advanced analytics within property and casualty insurance. Participants rotate through analytics, business intelligence, actuarial, pricing, and commercial insurance teams. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing data, applying statistical and modeling techniques, producing performance exhibits, communicating analytical insights, and responding to stakeholder requests under senior guidance.
