Lead design, implementation, and management of enterprise IT and cybersecurity programs including systems administration, cloud integration, continual monitoring, A&A activities, network operations, risk analysis, software deployments, and IT modernization to protect mission systems and inform Authorizing Official decision-making.

Provide financial management support for DIU: formulate and execute budgets, align resources to contracts and program milestones, analyze program/acquisition data, certify funding availability, advise on fiscal law and policy, support financial systems and audit compliance across offices.

Serve as DIU's senior subject-matter expert for government property management. Establish and run an organic property accountability program, manage full asset lifecycle, develop policies and procedures, ensure audit and compliance readiness, provide technical and financial advice, and oversee a centralized property management system.

Serve as an Active Guard Reserve Joint Program Manager at DIU to accelerate rapid prototyping of defense capabilities. Conduct market research, liaise with Air Force Reserve and DIU leadership, coordinate contracts and AOR duties, perform technical reviews, and manage multiple concurrent projects. Advocate AF Reserve priorities, facilitate problem solving with agile/design-thinking, and support deployment and TDY-heavy operational requirements.

Manage cost, schedule, and performance of agreements to research, prototype, evaluate, and deliver commercial technology for Department of War adoption. Identify technology opportunities, oversee agreement performance, plan transitions for broader adoption, and coordinate with contracting, engineering, configuration management, and test teams. Provide briefings and authoritative recommendations to leadership.

Serve as a technical authority to help evaluate, prototype, adapt, and transition commercial technologies for Department of War use. Provide subject-matter expertise, collaborate with industry partners, and work with Military Departments and Combatant Commands to field innovative solutions and scale successful prototypes.

Support federal contracting by ensuring agreements comply with law, regulations, and policies. Work with program management to develop and implement contractual direction, specializing in Other Transaction Authorities (notably 10 U.S.C. §4022) and perform contract management and administration tasks across DIU agreements.

Lead DIUs enterprise SaaS portfolio, ensuring secure integration, governance, optimization, and user adoption. Guide commercial SaaS architectures (Google Workspace, ServiceNow, Salesforce), provide systems and network administration oversight, and deliver VIP-level support and stakeholder communication to enable mission outcomes.
