Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, forecasting and business analytics, executive and board reporting, cross-functional initiative coordination, operating-rhythm management, action tracking, process improvement, and synthesizing data into insights, risks, decisions, and recommendations. The role combines executive support, business operations, project management, and analytical judgment.

Own enterprise voice AI deployments for strategic restaurant customers, from technical discovery and architecture through integration, go-live, optimization, and production support. Write code, configure APIs and workflows, troubleshoot live issues, and collaborate with customer engineering teams and business leaders. Develop reusable deployment tools, reference architectures, and playbooks while translating field challenges into product improvements. Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering and serve as a trusted technical escalation point.

Designs and maintains automated test frameworks and exploratory suites for products, APIs, SDKs, AI models, and data platforms. Develops functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, API, browser, load, and reliability tests; creates datasets, evaluation pipelines, dashboards, and CI/CD release gates. Partners across Engineering, Research, Product, Data, and Infrastructure to validate model behavior, data quality, performance, and production readiness. Documents reproducible defects, supports triage, and communicates risks.

Own Deepgram’s EMEA sales region and P&L, drive ARR growth, establish the London hub, and build a high-performing Account Executive organization. Lead enterprise and commercial sales, develop regional partners, improve forecasting and territory management, influence product priorities through market feedback, and sponsor major accounts. Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product while developing sales talent and applying AI tools to improve productivity and execution.

Own Deepgram’s strategic AWS partnership, including technical adoption, retention, expansion, Marketplace listings, private offers, co-selling, and joint GTM. Serve as AWS’s trusted technical and commercial advisor, lead demos, workshops, architecture guidance, troubleshooting, business reviews, and joint planning. Track usage and growth, influence internal product and GTM strategy, and build AI-powered tools and workflows that eliminate recurring work.

Own the monthly revenue close, deferred revenue and contract liability schedules, ASC 606 application, reconciliations, flux analysis, audit support, and revenue controls. Manage one revenue accountant and partner with Sales, CS, Legal, Engineering, and Deal Desk on contract terms and systems. Lead billing-platform migration activities, usage-to-billing-to-GL reconciliation design, and AI-enabled accounting automation.

Own the APAC/ANZ territory by generating pipeline, managing full-cycle direct and partner co-sell deals, closing new logos, and expanding existing accounts. Sell Deepgram’s technical voice AI platform to engineering, architectural, business, and enterprise buyers. Partner with SDRs, Marketing, Field Engineers, and technology partners; represent Deepgram at industry events; maintain forecasting accuracy; and provide customer and market feedback.

As a Solutions Architect at Deepgram, you will engage with customers, solve technical issues, enhance support solutions, and develop automation processes.

Design and implement secure, scalable backend services for voice agents, integrate AI models and telephony, improve inference, debug concurrent systems, and collaborate with Product to deliver features end-to-end.

As the founding engineer of the Data Intelligence team, you will design semantic layers, develop AI tooling, and automate data processes to drive business insights.

As a Solutions Architect at Deepgram, you'll engage with customers post-sales to resolve complex technical issues, create scalable solutions, and enhance support processes, using your engineering skills and experience in customer-focused roles.

Own technical design and delivery of enterprise customer implementations across MENA, from discovery and proof-of-concept through production cutover. Lead pre-sales evaluations, design scalable solutions addressing customer stacks and data residency, create reusable architectures and deployment playbooks, support complex post-onboarding issues, and represent Deepgram with Arabic-speaking customers. Provide product and research feedback on Arabic speech models and help expand regional coverage.

Build and deploy production backend services, third-party integrations, internal tooling, and voice agents for strategic enterprise customers. Work directly on site with customer technical and business teams, monitoring and optimizing live systems for accuracy, latency, and throughput. Collaborate with research and product teams to extend the platform, provide field feedback, and create reusable solutions. The role involves regular customer-site work, solution scoping, technical problem-solving, and end-to-end ownership of deployed systems.

Own and grow the self-serve developer funnel from first touch to paid customer. Define and ship product changes across onboarding, console, and activation. Build instrumentation, experimentation, and business rhythms; run rapid hypotheses, measure outcomes, and collaborate with engineering, design, dev rel, marketing, sales, and analytics.

Own Deepgram’s end-to-end text-to-speech research program, including technical strategy, model architectures, experiments, training, evaluation, and production deployment. Lead researchers and technical managers, establish roadmaps, advance naturalness, expressiveness, multilingual generation, controllability, voice consistency, and inference efficiency, and partner with engineering and product leadership to ship high-quality models.

Own complex monthly close areas, including stock compensation, leases, payroll accruals, intercompany, and foreign currency. Review accounting work, manage close critical paths, prepare audit support, design SOX-ready controls, and support migration from Xero to a scalable ERP. Coach accounting staff and build AI-powered automation for reconciliations, schedules, narratives, and workflows.

Own adoption, retention, and expansion across a pooled portfolio of scaled customers through digital-first programs. Provide technical API integration guidance, troubleshoot issues, run demos, and create reusable enablement assets. Design automated customer journeys, webinars, self-service resources, and workflows that accelerate activation. Monitor usage and health data, identify expansion opportunities, report KPIs, and build scalable systems that reduce recurring manual work.

Lead corporate communications strategy and execution: own product and model launches, media and executive communications, narratives, social presence, and major company moments. Translate technical research and product advances into compelling stories for developers, enterprise buyers, partners, and analysts. Partner cross-functionally with CEO, CMO, product, brand, and demand gen to build credibility and influence in the voice AI ecosystem.
