The role requires detailed knowledge of UK apprenticeship funding rules, Further Education administration, training delivery platforms, and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and administrative skills.

Provide accurate decisions and constructive feedback, maintain compliant assessment records, collaborate with learner support and IQA teams, and uphold safeguarding, inclusion, data protection, and regulatory requirements. The role also requires current knowledge of data and AI tools, participation in standardisation, and ongoing professional development.

Design bespoke software engineering curricula, build and validate production-grade code repositories and technical challenges, advise clients on modern development practices, and support learner infrastructure, CI/CD tooling, and live technical pilots. The role requires hands-on proficiency in at least two programming languages, strong SDLC expertise, AI coding assistant knowledge, software architecture understanding, and the ability to teach and mentor engineers.
