Manage the top of the sales funnel for elective-care clinics via outbound email, phone, and social campaigns. Identify and qualify high-value leads, book discovery meetings, maintain CRM hygiene, craft outreach messaging, and collaborate with Head of Sales to build and sustain a healthy pipeline.

Build and own full-stack features for a healthcare SaaS: design data models, APIs, and UIs; harden payments, messaging, and documentation infrastructure; integrate and productionize AI agents/LLMs; work directly with customers; write tests and instrumentation; set technical foundations and tooling.

Own end-to-end onboarding for new clinics from contract to go-live: run onboarding plans, train staff, coordinate launches, improve playbooks, leverage AI to automate tasks, triage bugs and feature requests, and build scalable onboarding materials and automations.
