Provide mission-critical frontline support for clinics: answer tickets, debug full-stack issues (Python/FastAPI, Next.js/TypeScript, Postgres), reproduce and resolve production bugs, build LLM-powered automations and internal tools, streamline support workflows, and collaborate directly with customers to drive product improvements.

The Forward Deployed Engineer will facilitate technical delivery and customer engagement, driving data migrations and refining user experience through web technologies while ensuring high-touch deployments at client sites.

As a Business Development Representative at Decoda Health, you will manage outbound campaigns, identify clinics, qualify leads, and book meetings. You will work closely with the head of sales, focusing on top-of-funnel sales without any inbound safety net. Proven sales skills and 1-2 years of relevant experience are ideal.
