Responsibilities include dealer network expansion, forecasting, pipeline management, strategic account development, negotiations, pricing, sales team leadership, and cross-functional coordination with operations and finance. Regular travel is required for dealer development, customer visits, demonstrations, trade shows, and industry events.

Welcomes customers, suppliers, employees, and visitors; manages calls, email, mail, courier shipments, records, filing, data entry, and office supplies. Provides administrative support, assists with purchasing and basic accounts payable and receivable tasks, coordinates meetings and events, and maintains a professional front-office environment. Requires strong organization, communication, computer, confidentiality, and customer service skills.
