Coordinates inbound materials and outbound shipments for production, including freight scheduling, routing, load documentation, permits, carrier communication, and customer updates. Supervises truck drivers and load packers, manages loading conflicts, stages materials, oversees packing and inspections, provides freight quotes, and maintains shipment records. Collaborates with sales, supply chain, quality control, warehouse, vendors, customers, and production teams to support on-time delivery.

Provides clerical and administrative support for logistics and warehouse operations. Maintains shipping, receiving, inventory, and bill-of-lading documentation; enters shipment and inventory data into office, ERP, and tracking systems; supports reporting, filing, record verification, and compliance; communicates with accounting, customer service, vendors, and internal teams; and assists the Warehouse Manager with daily administrative tasks.

Installs and assembles threaded pipe systems and supports for compressor packages: select materials, plan layouts, cut and thread pipe, connect and secure fittings, weld supports, perform air pressure tests, record heat numbers, and cross-train in assembly functions.

Assemble compressor packages by positioning and mounting compressors and engines on skids. Read blueprints, lay out sub-bases, level skids, pour concrete/epoxy footings, use cranes and precision tools (laser alignment, Brunson transit, micrometers, calipers) to align couplings, install pressure vessels, and produce dimensional drawings. Work to specified tolerances and prepare assemblies for piping.

Sell industrial compressors and pumps in the Akron/Canton territory. Develop new and existing accounts, diagnose customer process problems, propose technical solutions, close deals, and manage projects from quote to delivery. Work independently in industrial environments, use company tech tools, and collaborate with inside sales and service teams.

Lay out, fit, weld and install pipe systems (1"–14") per blueprints and customer specifications. Perform pipe cutting, beveling, takeoffs, maintenance, and use advanced math/trigonometry. Work in a manufacturing environment as part of a team and pass pre-employment drug screening.

Support sales and proposals for natural gas compressor packages by sizing equipment, reviewing customer specifications, soliciting vendor quotes, creating technical proposals and pricing, attending customer meetings and tradeshows, and supporting engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and aftermarket teams.

Lead technical and commercial application engineering for natural gas compressor packages: evaluate RFPs, size equipment, develop compliant proposals and cost models, qualify vendors, mitigate risks, support sales and fabrication, mentor junior engineers, and represent the company at customer reviews and industry events.
