Develops three-month mine plans aligned with annual budgets and weekly production requirements. Coordinates loading, hauling, drilling, blasting, ore blending, crushing, stockpiling, infrastructure, rehabilitation, safety, and production targets. Lead high-risk activities including crowd control, investigations, VIP escorts, and SAPS coordination while ensuring compliance with safety and company procedures.

Lead physical security for mining operations through threat and risk assessments, security planning, access control, surveillance, crisis response, audits, intelligence monitoring, contractor oversight, travel security guidance, community engagement, and compliance. The role also provides security training, manages incident and riot response capabilities, protects sensitive information, coordinates with law enforcement, and reports security performance to senior management.

Supports drillers and explosives personnel during mining blast operations. Responsibilities include preparing and transporting blasting materials, inspecting blast areas, signaling workers, operating auxiliary equipment, performing equipment maintenance, unloading materials, maintaining housekeeping, and following safety and blasting procedures. The role requires a Grade 12 education, a South African Code B driver’s license, and preferably Competency A training.

Manages reliability engineering and improvement programs for plant and heavy mobile equipment. Responsibilities include RAMS and lifecycle cost modeling, asset criticality and maintenance strategy development, SAP maintenance plan implementation, shutdown and budget planning, spare parts management, configuration and change management, asset health monitoring, operational readiness, KPI analysis, statutory compliance, and advanced root cause analysis. The role also supports safety audits, asset integrity projects, corrective maintenance, and reliability capability development.

Supports CVD customers through the full sales process, from enquiries, quotations, orders, and fulfillment to invoicing and after-sales service. Owns short-term revenue planning, forecast monitoring, demand control, CRM and ERP data quality, pricing, sample requests, and customer query resolution. Provides commercial finance support to mine operations and business support leaders. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, risk evaluation, performance reporting, variance analysis, cost allocation, month-end journals, contract expenditure support, and identifying cost improvement opportunities. The role also supports commercial improvement initiatives such as BI dashboard implementation and partners with operational disciplines to explain financial performance and improve business outcomes.
