Plans and schedules production for the Santa Clara manufacturing site, translating demand into executable schedules. Manages materials availability, MRP signals, inventory accuracy, material flow, and ERP master data including bills of materials, routings, work centers, and planning parameters. Coordinates with operations, procurement, logistics, engineering, and customer service to address shortages, constraints, schedule adherence, and delivery risks. Supports site metrics, audit compliance, and continuous improvement in planning and inventory processes.

The Financial Accountant supports financial close, reporting, accounting controls, and Record to Report processes. Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, preparing monthly financial statements and commentary, supporting regulatory reporting, improving finance workflows, and automating processes across systems including SAP, BlackLine, HFM, Aspect, and Veslink. The role partners with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Risk, IT, auditors, and shared services while guiding junior accountants and analysts.

Coordinates site-based training at Capcoal Mine, including compliance validation, inductions, competency development, training scheduling and delivery, LMS governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. The role supports employee and contractor coaching, manages training processes and expenditure, handles high-volume training periods, and promotes strong safety culture across coal mining operations.
