Lead Group Reward strategy and governance for De Beers across mining and luxury retail. Design pay, incentive and LTIP frameworks, advise C-suite and RemCo, manage reward during separation/transformation, ensure compliance, pensions and tax alignment, and drive group-wide reward projects and capability building.

Lead and execute physical and financial base metals trading strategies: identify market mispricings, trade and manage risk, grow client relationships, coach team members, and deliver results within governance and risk limits.

Serve as Group subject-matter expert for underground geotechnical engineering, leading geotechnical strategy, standards, assurance and risk management. Provide technical leadership to operations and projects, support design reviews and monitoring programs, drive innovation and technology adoption, and develop capability through coaching and succession planning.
