Leads daily Bondroom composite fabrication operations, performs composite layup and material preparation, assigns work, and supports production flow. Trains employees, monitors quality and progress, maintains tools and equipment, manages inventory counts, and collaborates with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Manufacturing leadership to resolve issues. Ensures compliance with aerospace workmanship, safety, and production standards while supporting continuous improvement and cross-training.

Develops and maintains quality, inspection, sampling, and control plans for aerospace manufacturing. Leads FMEA, SPC, MSA, process capability, validation, APQP, PPAP, RCCA, MRB, audits, and corrective actions. Analyzes production and inspection data, supports shop-floor problem solving, evaluates engineering changes, maintains quality documentation, and partners with cross-functional teams to improve processes under AS9100 and applicable regulatory requirements.

Set up and operate manual mills, lathes, drill presses and other conventional equipment to machine aerospace components to blueprint specifications. Perform in-process inspections, troubleshoot machining issues, adjust setups for changeovers, and follow safety and quality protocols. Support production and complete assigned tasks.

Create and maintain finite capacity production schedules using APS and ERP/MRP tools, manage multi-level BOMs, coordinate materials and resources with planning, procurement, and manufacturing, adjust schedules for disruptions, support inventory strategies, communicate risks and changes, and drive planning process improvements in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

Build and finish composite aerospace parts: perform layups, cut materials, prep and load molds into ovens/presses/autoclaves, sand/trim parts, maintain tools/equipment, follow blueprints and quality/safety procedures.

Provide administrative support to Sales and Contracts teams: maintain RFQ/RFP documentation, prepare proposals, manage records and shared inboxes, handle customer communications and phones, compile reports, manage office supplies, complete government forms, and support other assigned administrative tasks.

Manage engineering and manufacturing documentation: process ECRs/ECNs/MCRs, maintain revision control, update BOMs and work instructions, release drawings in ERP/PLM/SharePoint, ensure ISO9001/AS9100 and ITAR/EAR compliance, support audits and continuous improvement.
