Set up and operate manual mills, lathes, drill presses and other conventional equipment to machine aerospace components to blueprint specifications. Perform in-process inspections, troubleshoot machining issues, adjust setups for changeovers, and follow safety and quality protocols. Support production and complete assigned tasks.

Manage high-voltage/electrostatics lab, perform Lightning Direct Effects and P-static testing to MIL-STD/RTCA/FAA standards, prepare certification data packages (PMA/TSO/STC), review test reports and procedures, investigate noncompliance, and provide technical documentation and training.

Create and maintain finite-capacity production schedules using APS/MRP systems, manage multi-level BOMs, coordinate with planning, procurement, and manufacturing, adjust for delays or outages, support inventory strategies, communicate schedule risks, and drive planning process improvements.

Hands-on manufacturing engineer responsible for developing and improving production processes, creating work instructions, performing capacity analysis, troubleshooting floor issues, executing engineering evaluations, implementing Lean/FMEA practices, and collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production to drive continuous improvement.

Perform composite layup, cutting, trimming, and assembly of aerospace composite parts. Prep and maintain materials, molds, fixtures, and equipment. Load/unload ovens, presses, and autoclaves, follow blueprints and work instructions, maintain quality and safety standards, and complete production documentation. Pass background check and drug screen.

Lead full contract lifecycle for aerospace programs from RFQ and proposal through negotiation, award, and program fulfillment. Interface with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Finance to ensure contractual compliance, pricing accuracy, schedule alignment, and risk mitigation while managing documentation, ERP entries, customer communication, and process improvements.

Lead and own the calibration and metrology program for an aerospace manufacturer. Perform hands-on calibration across dimensional, mechanical, thermal, pressure/vacuum, process, and electrical domains. Maintain records, optimize intervals, conduct MSA/Gage R&R, support audits, investigate out-of-tolerance events, develop internal capability, and train staff.
