Handles the full accounts payable process, including invoice and purchase order matching, payment preparation, ledger posting, account reconciliations, vendor statement verification, expense audits, sales tax recording, and financial document management. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, cross-department coordination, Excel proficiency, confidentiality, and compliance with company procedures. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring at least one year of accounting experience and successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Leads the Production Control team and manages SIOP, master production scheduling, capacity planning, materials planning, inventory optimization, and ERP data accuracy. Coordinates with Purchasing, Stockroom, Shipping, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Sales, and Finance to resolve constraints and improve on-time delivery. Establishes planning KPIs, drives Lean and continuous-improvement initiatives, and aligns customer demand with manufacturing capacity and material availability in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

Develops and maintains quality, inspection, sampling, and control plans for aerospace manufacturing. Leads FMEA, SPC, MSA, process capability, validation, APQP, PPAP, RCCA, MRB, audits, and corrective actions. Analyzes production and inspection data, supports shop-floor problem solving, evaluates engineering changes, maintains quality documentation, and partners with cross-functional teams to improve processes under AS9100 and applicable regulatory requirements.
