Develop and support digital transformation platforms, including CSP and CRM solutions. Troubleshoot Level 2 incidents, conduct technical analysis and testing, and integrate systems including SAP S/4HANA. Explore AI and analytics use cases while applying expertise in Java, React, Keycloak, SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, APIs, and cloud delivery.

Oversee the design, installation, operation, maintenance, and safety of mechanical systems across a hyperscale data center campus. Lead mechanical engineers and technicians, coordinate 24/7 operations, manage preventive and corrective maintenance, support upgrades, troubleshoot complex issues, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate vendors, and contribute to strategic initiatives, budgeting, and cost management.

It requires strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to translate business strategy into differentiated brand expression for the digital infrastructure ecosystem.

Supports Malaysia treasury financing operations by preparing drawdown and rollover documentation, maintaining loan and compliance trackers, coordinating with banks, lawyers, valuers, and internal teams, compiling lender reporting packs, managing financing records, and supporting treasury process improvements and automation.

Oversee tax compliance, transfer pricing, audits, risk management, and regulatory monitoring across multiple APAC jurisdictions. Review tax filings, computations, provisions, and documentation; manage tax authority queries; assess regulatory changes; coordinate with in-country teams and external advisors; and improve regional tax processes through standardization and automation.

Manage end-to-end data hall fit-out and ELV system design and delivery for data centers, from client consultation through handover. Coordinate consultants, contractors, system integrators, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning. Lead designs for structured cabling, security, AV, automation, and related infrastructure while ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements. Provide technical support, resolve site issues, engage international clients, and help develop regional ELV and fit-out standards.

Acts as an executive proxy for the SVP of Operations, overseeing regulatory governance, ESG mandates, KPI reviews, CapEx and OpEx planning, capacity forecasting, cross-functional alignment, and strategic execution across international data center operations.

Lead process discovery using BPMN 2.0, map As-Is and design To-Be workflows, perform gap analysis, quantify KPI impacts, support implementation with IT, and drive change management through SOPs and training to increase efficiency and reduce risks.

Own invoice issuance, accounts receivable collection follow-up, payment tracking, billing dispute resolution, AR record maintenance, month-end closing support, and management reporting. The role coordinates with Sales, Operations, Project teams, and customers to ensure accurate billing, resolve overdue accounts, maintain compliance, and improve recurring billing processes.
