Manage and optimize construction schedules across multiple projects using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6. Analyze progress, identify risks, perform delay analysis, report schedule performance, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and implement scheduling process improvements to meet project milestones and mitigate delays.

Support implementation and operation of DayOne’s ERM framework, conduct risk identification/assessment, monitor KRIs, coordinate risk reporting to senior leadership, manage insurance broker relationships and policy renewals, run risk workshops, and promote risk awareness across global data center operations.

Manage commercial aspects for DayOne's global data-centre customers: pricing, contract negotiation and risk assessment, deal committee approvals, sales support, forecasting, churn/renewal reviews, costing analysis, process improvements, and digitizing quotation workflows.

Design, develop, and maintain SAP Fiori/UI5 applications; integrate SAP with BTP and CPI; implement SAP Workflow, ABAP OOP, CDS Views, OData, and AMDP solutions; support MM/FICO developments and RICEFW; optimize/debug ABAP and collaborate with functional teams to deliver technical solutions.

Lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects for data center development from planning through testing, commissioning, and handover. Manage schedules, risks, onsite delivery, procurement alignment, modular integration, and cross-functional coordination while advising on construction methods and ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for construction projects: draft and review contracts, run tendering and consultant selection, oversee contract administration, cost control and vendor management, track payments and final accounts, resolve contractual disputes, and prepare award recommendations and monthly financial reporting.

Lead end-to-end delivery of DayOne data center developments in Finland, managing scope, schedule, budget, design-to-commissioning, contractors, compliance, risk, and stakeholder engagement to ensure technical quality and safe execution.

Drive and manage commercial aspects for DayOne's global data centre customers: lead strategic pricing for bids/RFPs, assess commercial risk, negotiate and review contracts, support sales with pricing/costing and forecasting, analyze pipeline and win-loss, manage renewals/churn, and digitize commercial and quotation processes to improve efficiency.

Coordinate end-to-end data center fit-out projects: review and implement architectural/MEP drawings, supervise contractors, perform site inspections and QA, manage construction documentation, liaise with design and commissioning teams, enforce safety and compliance, and support final handover.

Define and maintain metadata, data dictionaries, and business glossaries in Microsoft Purview and Fabric. Monitor and remediate data quality, establish stewardship workflows, support classification, lineage, access controls, and onboarding into OneLake. Collaborate with data owners and engineers to validate pipelines, ensure compliance (PDPA, GDPR), run governance forums, and promote data stewardship and literacy across the organization.

Coordinate defect identification, tracking, contractor follow-up, and rectification for construction projects. Maintain defect registers, verify compliance with drawings and specifications, support quality audits, prepare handover documentation, and report defect status to stakeholders to ensure timely closure and commissioning readiness.

Lead end-to-end electrical scope for data center projects, managing power distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, subcontractors, schedules, costs, testing/commissioning, compliance, and documentation while coordinating stakeholders.

Lead HQ external affairs across multiple markets: stakeholder mapping, multi-market policy intelligence, government and institutional engagement, cross-market projects, corporate positioning, CSR oversight, issue monitoring, and internal alignment for public-sector initiatives.

Lead standardisation and optimisation of finance operations across staff claims, AR, AP, and fixed assets. Design and implement scalable, controlled, audit-ready processes, drive ERP and automation improvements, manage a small team, support audits and compliance, and present operational metrics to senior finance leadership.
