Manages invoice issuance, accounts receivable collections, overdue payment follow-up, customer billing communications, disputes, and collection reporting. Maintains AR records in accordance with internal controls and audit requirements, supports month-end close, coordinates with Sales and Operations, and recommends billing process improvements.

Manage document control for the Thailand data center project, including authority submissions, consultant drawings, version control, and contractor submittals. Support vendor registration, SAP and OA invoicing, travel bookings, meetings, reports, minutes, utilities, and site office administration. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders while maintaining accurate records and timely project administration.

Supports the Customer Success Manager with customer communications, service-level monitoring, reporting, documentation, project coordination, milestone tracking, risk escalation, and cross-functional follow-up across hyperscale data center projects. Maintains audit-ready records and coordinates with operations, network, IT services, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
