Manage and optimize construction schedules across multiple projects using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6. Analyze progress, identify risks, perform delay analysis, report schedule performance, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and implement scheduling process improvements to meet project milestones and mitigate delays.

Support implementation and operation of DayOne’s ERM framework, conduct risk identification/assessment, monitor KRIs, coordinate risk reporting to senior leadership, manage insurance broker relationships and policy renewals, run risk workshops, and promote risk awareness across global data center operations.

Manage the full lifecycle of construction project documents: creation, review, distribution, version control, archiving, audits, and stakeholder coordination. Maintain electronic and physical repositories, track RFIs and change orders, and train team members on document control procedures.
