Supports procurement operations through vendor registration, documentation control, purchase requisition and purchase order processing, invoice and payment tracking, and coordination with suppliers, Finance, and internal stakeholders. The internship provides exposure to procurement processes in the construction industry while maintaining accurate records and supporting timely purchasing activities.

Leads global operational performance and governance across compliance, finance operations, capacity management, sustainability, and operational excellence. Acts as an executive proxy for the SVP of Operations, overseeing regulatory governance, ESG mandates, KPI reviews, CapEx and OpEx planning, capacity forecasting, cross-functional alignment, and strategic execution across international data center operations.

Lead budgeting, cost control, and contract administration for data center construction in Indonesia. Produce cost estimates and budgets, review quantity takeoffs, monitor variances, perform cost analysis and forecasting, manage contract issues and claims, drive value-engineering and cost-saving initiatives, and provide timely financial reporting to project stakeholders.
