May provide individual, group, and family therapy and participate in therapist peer review. Requires strong psychosocial and clinical assessment skills, sound emergency decision-making, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize work independently.

Provides initial and ongoing training for clinical staff, ensuring compliance with professional standards, HIPAA, Medicaid, CARF, and state requirements. Schedules and monitors required training, develops courses in Paycom’s Learning Management System, supports staff using the system, conducts needs assessments, and coordinates cross-training. Requires behavioral health qualification, clinical workflow knowledge, training experience, and commitment to patient care.

Provide HR generalist support for ~850 employees across ~32 counties: onboarding, benefits administration, payroll data entry and processing, employee relations and investigations, training compliance, audit-ready personnel files, background checks, and HR system maintenance. Serve as HR resource to managers and assist HR Director with projects.

Manage full-cycle recruiting: design and implement sourcing strategies, post jobs, screen and interview candidates, build pipelines, train hiring managers, maintain job descriptions and CARF-compliant hiring practices, and support HR projects.
