Supervises Tailored Care Management staff in an outpatient center, providing clinical direction, training, mentoring, staffing oversight, compliance monitoring, and performance management. Ensures care management documentation, billing, and regulatory requirements meet DHHS, Medicaid, Medicare, and agency standards. Collaborates with center leadership and other departments, supports hiring and personnel actions, and promotes effective clinical decision-making, communication, and service delivery.

Provides first-line technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software applications, tracking and escalating requests, maintaining documentation, modifying system control files, supporting new-hire Information Systems orientation, and training users. The role supports Microsoft Office, NextGen Enterprise EHR, and other behavioral healthcare applications while maintaining a help desk knowledge base and providing administrative assistance to the Information Systems team.

Provides administrative and customer support for a mental health and substance abuse services center. Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, record preparation, data entry, filing and releasing protected health information, answering calls, assisting with benefits and fees, billing support, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, and agency policies.
