Provide front-desk and administrative support at a mental health/substance abuse service site: schedule appointments, enter consumer data, handle protected health information, answer calls, assist clients with benefits and fee setting, ensure compliance with Medicaid/Medicare and HIPAA, prepare daily records, and support billing and documentation.

Provide administrative and front-desk support at a behavioral health service site: schedule appointments, maintain records, enter consumer data, assist with billing and benefits, answer phones, handle protected health information per HIPAA, and support office flow and patient-centered services.

Provides community-based peer support to individuals with mental illness or substance use recovery needs. Responsibilities include advocacy, consumer education, self-help guidance, crisis and relapse-prevention planning, housing assistance, education and employment support, WRAP plan support, and independent living skills development. Maintains billable direct services for at least 75% of weekly work time and collaborates with professionals, clients, and families under qualified supervision.
