Provide administrative and clinical supervision for central nurses and med techs across FBCs, including hiring, evaluations, scheduling, disciplinary actions, training, and 24/7 on-call consultation. Perform nursing duties as needed (assessments, medication administration, medication education), monitor medication errors and pharmacy functioning, advise leadership on nursing issues, and offer crisis intervention consultation.

Provides peer-based, recovery-oriented support to individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders. Duties include consumer education and advocacy, pre-crisis and relapse prevention support, housing and independent living assistance, WRAP plan support, education/employment guidance, and development of independent/social skills. Works in the community under indirect supervision, maintaining high proportions of billable direct service time.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for a behavioral health service site: schedule appointments, manage records and data entry, handle phone inquiries, ensure HIPAA and Medicaid/Medicare compliance, assist with billing and benefits, and support office flow and occasional supervisory tasks.
