Own the full customer offboarding lifecycle for nonprofit and club software, serving as the primary contact during exits. Coordinate data exports, final invoicing, service deactivation, and cross-team handoffs. Track transitions in CRM, gather departing-customer feedback, preserve goodwill for re-engagement, and identify process improvements.

Manage health and performance of product databases: schema design, permissions, backups/recovery, failover clustering, performance tuning, monitoring, incident response, and cross-team support for releases and customer issues. Participate in on-call rotation.

Manage the marketing team’s operational backbone: maintain calendars, coordinate events and campaigns, track milestones in Asana, draft/schedule event communications, organize resources, and use AI tools for content drafting and reporting support.
