Leads publishing and acquisitions strategy, develops influential brands, acquires authors and content, and manages publishing portfolios. Oversees Books/Editorial and Acquisitions teams, mentors leaders, evaluates investments, builds author and ministry relationships, and collaborates with marketing, sales, editorial, and production on go-to-market execution. Requires strong publishing leadership, acquisitions expertise, author-platform development, contract and intellectual-property knowledge, financial judgment, and Christian publishing or ministry experience.

Supports digital marketing campaigns for music artists from planning through launch and promotion. Manages social media calendars, coordinates content creation, supports DSP pitching, monitors trends, assists with digital advertising and video releases, and tracks campaign performance. Works with artists, managers, and creative teams to maintain schedules, content, and release timelines across multiple campaigns.

Leads the full controllership function across U.S. and U.K. entities, including monthly close, GAAP reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, tax, treasury, audits, and acquisition accounting. Oversees royalty, inventory, revenue, fund, and foreign-entity accounting; owns NetSuite optimization and automation; develops cash-flow forecasting; partners with FP&A, the CFO, auditors, and the Board; and builds a scalable, high-performing accounting team.

The Sales and Business Development Manager drives revenue growth through new sales opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaboration with internal teams to exceed goals while advancing Cook Media Global’s mission.

Provide customer support and order processing via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot, document interactions, manage Zendesk tickets, process orders/returns, track shipments, assist sales with outbound calls, and maintain product and policy knowledge.
