Manage end-to-end multilingual localization projects for marketing campaigns and digital content. Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, reviewers, and QA teams; oversee linguistic and functional QA; track defects, risks, dependencies, SLAs, and quality metrics; and ensure timely delivery across concurrent market releases. Record 30 hours of White Hmong conversations and monologues using a mobile phone, then transcribe the approved recordings.
