Lead end-to-end multilingual localization for live sports broadcasts and digital content. Manage simultaneous multi-language workflows, coordinate vendors and production teams, ensure operational readiness and real-time delivery, monitor quality and cultural accuracy, follow client tools and approval processes, and support nonstandard event hours.

Lead centralized service delivery for Marketing Campaign and Live Sports localization programs. Coordinate PMs, producers, vendors and client stakeholders; manage SLAs, KPIs, capacity planning, escalations, quality, reporting and continuous improvement across blended on-site and remote teams. Drive operational readiness, establish communication protocols, support performance reviews, and implement workflow efficiencies while acting as the primary client-facing operational partner.

Perform audio transcription and quality-control for multilingual speech data. Accurately transcribe segments, validate speaker info, apply @ tags, handle two-speaker files and code-switching, and follow project-specific guidelines using an online platform.

Listen to audio in native Indian languages or dialects and accurately transcribe speech following project guidelines. Ensure complete, consistent, high-quality transcripts to support AI language data creation. Work remotely and independently on flexible, project-based tasks.

Review and validate text transcripts for accuracy, completeness, and linguistic consistency across multiple languages. Follow project-specific quality guidelines, complete required training and assessments, and work independently to maintain high transcription standards.

Manage localization projects from planning through delivery, coordinating with sales, clients, and internal/external teams. Ensure quality control, on-time completion, budget management, TMS updates, reporting, and troubleshooting while handling multiple projects and maintaining client satisfaction.

Recruit native Hmong and Kabyle speakers to record natural partner conversations (70%) and monologues (30%) in MP3 format, transcribe audio, and perform QA. Vendors may deliver up to 30 approved hours each toward a 1,000-hour project over ~3 months. Payment is per QA-approved output hour; rejected work must be revised at no extra cost.
