Lead centralized service delivery for Marketing Campaign and Live Sports localization programs. Coordinate PMs, producers, vendors and client stakeholders; manage SLAs, KPIs, capacity planning, escalations, quality, reporting and continuous improvement across blended on-site and remote teams.
