Identifies errors, validates corrections, provides actionable feedback to annotators, supports calibration and consistency, assists with training, and reports unclear guidelines to the Quality Lead. Full-time availability of 6–8 hours daily is preferred through the end of November, with weekend availability appreciated.

Identify errors and inconsistencies, provide actionable feedback, validate corrections, support calibration, assist with annotator training, and report unclear guidelines to the Quality Lead.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, FastAPI, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js. Build APIs, optimize databases, implement asynchronous processing, resolve production issues, and contribute to architecture and documentation. Apply automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, cloud deployment, Docker, monitoring, and observability. Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to translate requirements into reliable software while using AI coding agents responsibly.
