Lead development of ML-powered search relevance systems at scale, including ranking, retrieval, query understanding, query rewriting, NLP pipelines, and search evaluation. Manage strategic State and Local enterprise accounts across New York, balancing expansion of existing customers with new-logo acquisition. Responsibilities include complex sales cycles, executive presentations, pipeline and revenue growth, Salesforce forecasting, solution-based selling, customer satisfaction, and strategic resource prioritization. The role promotes Databricks’ cloud data platform and requires strong relationships with public-sector executives, system integrators, and regional agencies.

Lead and grow a global team of Designated Support Engineers delivering white-glove post-sales technical support. Hire, mentor, and scale the team, drive process improvements and KPIs, coordinate across field, product, and engineering to resolve technical issues, run support QBRs, and advocate for enterprise customer needs to improve satisfaction and time-to-mitigation.
