Teams at Databricks

Design and lead customer enablement and talent-transformation programs across Australia and New Zealand. Partner with sales, engineering, delivery, and operations teams to develop learning strategies, capability roadmaps, training plans, and adoption interventions. Manage program execution and performance across bookings, revenue, learners, credentials, and adoption. Engage technical stakeholders and executives, translate platform needs into enablement solutions, and represent customer priorities across curriculum and certification programs.

Coordinates in-person recruiting logistics and onsite candidate experiences at Databricks. Serves as the primary candidate contact, manages interview scheduling, oversees greetings and room changes, troubleshoots issues in real time, and partners with recruiting and hiring teams. The role also supports data-driven process improvements and recruitment experience projects while maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced office environment.

Owns the commercial success of Databricks training and enablement offerings across enterprise accounts in the Americas. Partners with sales, customer success, professional services, and technical teams to diagnose skill gaps, design tailored learning plans, sell and deliver training programs, and measure adoption, renewal, revenue, and business impact. The role also influences executive stakeholders, develops scalable enablement frameworks, mentors colleagues, and identifies new opportunities for customer talent transformation.
