Overnight Technical Support Engineer responsible for end-to-end patch management of Windows and Linux servers, overnight monitoring and incident response, scheduled maintenance, VMware and network troubleshooting, backup verification, Active Directory and account administration, and clear handoffs to day teams while maintaining compliance and minimizing customer disruption.

Provide Tier 2 system management, monitoring, and troubleshooting across virtual platforms, Windows/Linux servers, networking and security devices to meet SLAs. Support VMware, AD, IIS/Apache, databases, firewalls, and customer incidents; document procedures, participate in on-call rotation, and assist projects and process improvements.

Lead MEP technical and operational efforts for data center facilities as owners representative. Oversee construction, commissioning, operations, capacity planning, incident response, standards/MOPs/SOPs, performance reporting, compliance, and staff development to ensure continuous uptime and operational excellence.

Lead enterprise risk identification, insurance program design, claims management, and compliance. Manage policy renewals, broker/carrier relationships, loss prevention, budgets, and reporting to minimize organizational risk exposure.

Lead frontend engineering across web and mobile, modernize legacy AngularJS apps to React/React Native, define architecture and standards, build reusable component library, own release and QA practices, drive performance and observability, hire and develop teams, and partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Lead and execute company-wide AI and analytics strategy while spending ~50% hands-on building data pipelines, SQL queries, ML models, and production ML pipelines. Architect scalable data platforms, enable self-service analytics, measure business and operational metrics, mentor data teams, improve data quality and governance, and integrate predictive and generative AI into operations and customer workflows.

Lead procurement for data center operations: manage purchase requests, vendor onboarding, negotiate pricing and contracts, oversee due diligence and contract lifecycle, maintain contract records, and partner with stakeholders while helping build the procurement team.

Perform month-end close tasks, prepare adjusting/accrual journal entries, reconciliations and audit-ready account analyses. Support tax filings, maintain tax records, manage sales and use tax processes, handle jurisdiction correspondence, and participate in process improvements while meeting strict deadlines with minimal supervision.

Maintain and structure the Support Operations knowledge base, develop and deliver cloud and network training for Tier 1/2 engineers, create customer self-service content, track KB and training metrics, and partner with support leads to reduce ticket volume, improve first-contact resolution, and enable continuous improvement and automation.

Implement, test, and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and integrations between ticketing, monitoring, and operational systems. Build API/webhook integrations, support AI chatbot efforts, monitor and optimize automation performance, document solutions, and collaborate with Tier 1/2 engineers to reduce ticket volume and improve resolution efficiency.

Lead the end-to-end implementation of DealHub CPQ, manage the platform post-launch, design integrations, and optimize quote-to-cash processes through stakeholder engagement and training.

The Colocation Engineer will design customer solutions, manage installation requests, and create layout drawings while collaborating with various teams.
