Manages enterprise client relationships across data center, cloud, and networking services. Designs and supports colocation solutions for customer installations, including cabinets, cages, power, cooling, communications, and supporting infrastructure. Manage and optimize core infrastructure tooling, including monitoring, patching, logging, configuration, and document management. Lead infrastructure projects, resolve tickets, provide Python and PowerShell scripting support, automate onboarding and offboarding, build OutSystems applications, maintain systems, analyze large datasets, and participate in on-call rotations. The role requires Linux/Unix administration, database knowledge, Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Manage US GAAP month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities; prepare internal and external financial reporting; oversee joint venture accounting and GAAP-to-IFRS adjustments; coordinate external audits; research technical accounting issues; and collaborate with FP&A, Legal, and Operations.

Designs and supports mission-critical electrical infrastructure for data centers, ensuring compliance with company standards from conceptual design through construction, commissioning, and operations. Reviews equipment submittals, RFIs, MOPs, SOPs, commissioning scripts, and power distribution designs. Performs capacity analysis, supports audits and sales documentation, evaluates efficiency initiatives, coordinates with utilities and vendors, selects equipment, and provides technical guidance across engineering, construction, facilities, operations, procurement, and sales teams.

The Staff Accountant supports monthly and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, reporting, and audit documentation. The role ensures accurate general ledger accounts, compliance with internal controls, and consistent accounting policy application. It also participates in documenting and improving financial and operational processes while meeting strict deadlines and working with limited supervision.

Lead enterprise risk identification, insurance program design, claims management, and compliance. Manage policy renewals, broker/carrier relationships, loss prevention, budgets, and reporting to minimize organizational risk exposure.

Perform month-end close tasks, prepare adjusting/accrual journal entries, reconciliations and audit-ready account analyses. Support tax filings, maintain tax records, manage sales and use tax processes, handle jurisdiction correspondence, and participate in process improvements while meeting strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
