Lead end-to-end project operations for data labeling and content moderation, managing schedules, budgets, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Recruit, onboard, and optimize contractor performance through QA processes and feedback. Drive process improvements and align workflows with industry best practices to boost client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
