Designs customized corporate training curricula and learning assets on AI, governance, compliance, and emerging technology. Coordinates research, content development, QA, and client approvals under tight timelines. Facilitates executive briefings and workshops, adapting delivery for mixed audiences, addressing technical questions, and managing live event risks. Requires instructional design or adult learning experience, strong AI governance knowledge, executive facilitation skills, excellent slide design and business writing, and effective client communication.

Lead the company’s people functions, including recruiting, HR, learning and development, compensation, performance management, diversity and inclusion, employee experience, and culture. Manage and develop direct reports, partner with executives on people strategy, strengthen benefits and engagement, and create a high-performing, supportive workplace environment.

Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger transactions, invoicing, payments, petty cash, fixed assets, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Prepare Thai VAT, withholding, corporate income tax, and BOI compliance reports. Review agreements for financial compliance, coordinate with external accountants, support collections and cash flow management, and handle additional financial and administrative assignments.
