Serve hospital clients as the DME discharge resource: attend discharge planning, record and communicate patient needs, meet and educate patients/caregivers, deliver equipment, manage consignment inventory and paperwork, support branch operations, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, The Joint Commission, and state regulations.

Serve as hospital-facing liaison for discharge planning and delivery of durable medical equipment (DME). Perform NIV setups, home visits, telehealth and phone consultations, coordinate care plans with physicians, maintain equipment knowledge, ensure regulatory and licensure compliance, and support clinical outcomes operations.
