Provides clinical education and follow-up for respiratory patients and caregivers through phone, telehealth, in-person visits, NIV setups, and home visits. Independently lead sourcing opportunities from requirements definition through supplier implementation.

Supports supply chain and procurement operations through Brightree administration, inventory analysis, purchasing support, supplier performance monitoring, product and vendor data management, reporting, and process improvement. The role analyzes inventory, purchasing trends, backorders, supplier performance, and product utilization; maintains Excel reports; resolves discrepancies; supports cycle counts, product changes, and multi-location inventory transfers; and provides practical recommendations to supply chain leadership.

Provides respiratory clinical support, patient and caregiver education, equipment delivery and setup, NIV follow-up, home visits, care coordination, and hospital relationship management. Troubleshoots respiratory equipment, assists clinicians in outpatient settings, explains insurance responsibilities, maintains regulatory compliance, and participates in on-call coverage. The role is split between patient homes, clinical settings, and a branch office.
