Teams at DASCO Home Medical Equipment

Serves as a hospital-based liaison for patients requiring durable medical equipment. Coordinates discharge planning, benefits verification, inventory, equipment delivery, patient and caregiver education, documentation, and home-transition support. Manages consignment accounts, supports branch operations, maintains regulatory compliance, and builds relationships with hospital partners. Requires strong communication, empathy, customer service, and the ability to travel between branch and hospital locations.

Promote home medical equipment to physician offices and other referral sources to increase sales. Responsibilities include conducting office visits, achieving monthly sales goals, coordinating referrals, maintaining call and expense logs, delivering medical documentation, developing referral relationships, organizing educational meals, addressing compliance issues, and creating territory plans. The role requires daily travel, independent work, customer relationship management, and proficiency with Excel pivot tables and Microsoft Office.

Provides clinical education and follow-up for respiratory patients and caregivers through phone, telehealth, in-person visits, NIV setups, and home visits. Develops and oversees care plans, coordinates with physicians and clinicians, resolves patient-care issues, explains equipment and insurance coverage, supports equipment quality control, and maintains compliance with clinical, regulatory, licensing, and HIPAA requirements.
