As Community Manager, you'll enhance member experiences, manage onboarding, organize events, and promote community engagement at Daos Hub in Dubai.

Redesign and maintain Daos Hub’s promotional and product websites, owning information architecture, UX flows, high-fidelity UI, design systems, responsive implementation, animations, analytics, conversion optimization, and A/B testing. The designer will build pages in Framer or Webflow, collaborate across growth and marketing teams, and support the launch of a new client-facing Design Service while translating Web3 concepts into intuitive digital experiences.

As CFO, oversee financial sustainability and scalability, develop international expansion structures, and implement innovative financial systems at Daos Hub.

Create brand, sales, website, UX, social, PR, and campaign copy that drives engagement, acquisition, sales, and brand growth. Develop verbal brand guidelines, messaging libraries, and customer experience content while maintaining a consistent voice. Collaborate with designers, marketers, sales, and other teams to produce polished materials. The role requires strong English writing, content-led marketing experience, funnel knowledge, portfolio evidence, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

You will build a systematic marketing function to generate inbound demand, expand into new markets, and lead a growing team.
