As Community Manager, you'll enhance member experiences, manage onboarding, organize events, and promote community engagement at Daos Hub in Dubai.

As a Community Associate, you will manage front desk operations, ensure smooth member experiences, coordinate with vendors, and handle administrative tasks in a vibrant Web3 hub.

Edit and deliver high-quality, story-driven video across formats (reels, events, podcasts, interviews, YouTube). Assemble narrative flow, sound design, color correction, motion graphics, subtitles, and format adaptations. Collaborate with producers, camera operators, marketing, and design teams while contributing to editing style, templates, and workflows.

The Business Development Manager at Daos Hub will generate deals, strengthen partnerships, and optimize business development processes to drive growth in the Web3 space.

You will build a systematic marketing function to generate inbound demand, expand into new markets, and lead a growing team.

The Community Manager will build and maintain profiles for operators, create value for residents, facilitate introductions, run community formats, and build relationships within the Web3 ecosystem.

Manage UAE HR operations for the Dubai Hub: ensure MOHRE/GDRFA compliance, handle visas, licences and labour-law updates; run onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, employee engagement, 1:1s and biweekly internal events; maintain confidential employee records and smooth people operations.

Own full-cycle accounting for cross-border operations: maintain Xero/ERP records, ensure UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, manage multi-currency/crypto payments and reconciliations, process payroll, oversee fixed assets and month-end close, and improve controls and reporting.

As CFO, oversee financial sustainability and scalability, develop international expansion structures, and implement innovative financial systems at Daos Hub.

Lead the Business Development function at Daos Hub, focusing on creating scalable growth strategies, partnerships, and community building within the Web3 ecosystem.

As Community Manager, you'll connect VCs and Angels with startups, build investor profiles, facilitate introductions, and design curated events to enhance engagement and satisfaction within the community.
