Own the full business development and sales cycle, from lead generation through negotiation and closing. Build client and partner relationships across the MENA region, develop commercial proposals, manage the HubSpot pipeline, and drive cross-selling and upselling across events, production, and design services. Collaborate with Marketing, Events, Production, and Operations, represent Daos Hub at events, and help scale the business development function and team.

Build and execute social media strategies for Daos and its projects across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Create posts, captions, scripts, short-form video concepts, editorial calendars, and creative briefs. Manage creators, communities, collaborations, trends, analytics, competitor benchmarking, and KPI reporting. Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and analysis while coordinating organic and paid social efforts.

Research Web3, AI, fintech, and related markets across MENA to identify target companies and decision-makers. Generate and qualify leads, manage the initial sales pipeline, maintain accurate HubSpot CRM records, and collaborate with sales to improve conversion outcomes. The role also monitors lead quality and proposes new research tools, channels, and qualification processes.
