Manage full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles, partnering with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies. Source and assess candidates through structured interviews, provide market and compensation insights, advise managers on interview practices, resolve hiring delays, and improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. The role emphasizes executive search, rare and senior-level hiring, international recruitment, and closing 5–8 roles within the first 90 days.

Support the CEO by managing schedules, travel, communications, follow-ups, documentation, partner outreach, budget tracking, legal coordination, and operational problem-solving. The role acts as a proactive gatekeeper and cross-functional coordinator, ensuring commitments are completed, information is organized, and leadership priorities remain on track in a fast-paced Web3 environment.
