Create brand, sales, website, UX, social, PR, and campaign copy that drives engagement, acquisition, sales, and brand growth. Develop verbal brand guidelines, messaging libraries, and customer experience content while maintaining a consistent voice. Collaborate with designers, marketers, sales, and other teams to produce polished materials. The role requires strong English writing, content-led marketing experience, funnel knowledge, portfolio evidence, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

Manage UAE HR operations for the Dubai Hub: ensure MOHRE/GDRFA compliance, handle visas, licences and labour-law updates; run onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, employee engagement, 1:1s and biweekly internal events; maintain confidential employee records and smooth people operations.

The Community Manager will build and maintain profiles for operators, create value for residents, facilitate introductions, run community formats, and build relationships within the Web3 ecosystem.
