Dandy is seeking a Commercial Account Executive in Italy to lead customer acquisition, manage the sales cycle, and shape sales processes while collaborating with senior leadership.

Lead sales enablement for global Business Development: design and run onboarding, prospecting training, coaching, playbooks, certifications, and change management. Partner cross-functionally to measure adoption and improve prospecting, qualification, meeting conversion, and pipeline generation.

Lead and supervise maintenance technicians to perform preventive and reactive maintenance, calibrations, inspections and troubleshooting on manufacturing and facility equipment. Develop PM schedules, drive uptime improvement initiatives, serve as production point of contact, assist with site projects and contractors, and manage equipment/furniture moves while ensuring safety and code compliance.
