The Nurse Infection Preventionist collects and analyzes infection data, maintains infection-control and antibiotic-stewardship practices, reports infections, and develops ongoing nursing education programs. Provide compassionate emergency medical response and high-quality care to senior community residents. The role requires EMT or EMR certification and involves full-time evening work Tuesday through Saturday, from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Employees deliver exceptional service while supporting resident safety, care, and well-being in a senior living environment.

Performs accounting and clerical support, including resident and health center billing data entry, deposit preparation, accounts payable invoice review, invoice entry, approval routing, and check generation. Provides hands-on dining service for senior living residents, including serving meals, bussing and washing dishes, obtaining menu supplies, following sanitation and food safety standards, and complying with residents’ dietary restrictions and physician orders. Participates in training and maintains professional hospitality standards. Food service and senior-care experience are preferred.

Provides occupational therapy treatments to seniors in assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, and outpatient settings under an occupational therapist’s supervision. Responsibilities include delivering treatment plans, adapting interventions, maintaining patient records and billing information, reporting progress, coordinating with care teams, communicating with families and physicians, participating in meetings and education, and responding to resident needs.

Plans, schedules, and leads meaningful individual and group activities for senior living residents, including educational programs, special events, wellness activities, and memory care programming. The coordinator prepares monthly calendars, promotes community well-being, and adapts programs for residents with varying physical and cognitive needs. The role requires strong communication, organization, creativity, compassion, and collaboration, along with CPR, AED, and First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.

Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, including assistance with daily activities, monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, following physician orders, and coordinating preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services. The LPN also supervises resident assistants, reports community and resident conditions, and ensures compliance with nursing standards and policies.

Provides nursing care to assisted living and skilled nursing residents across all shifts. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, supporting admissions and discharges, documenting care, responding to emergency call lights, communicating resident condition changes to physicians and families, transcribing orders, and ensuring continuity of services.
