Plans, schedules, and leads meaningful individual and group activities for senior living residents, including educational programs, special events, wellness activities, and memory care programming. The coordinator prepares monthly calendars, promotes community well-being, and adapts programs for residents with varying physical and cognitive needs. The role requires strong communication, organization, creativity, compassion, and collaboration, along with CPR, AED, and First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.

Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, including assistance with daily activities, monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, following physician orders, and coordinating preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services. The LPN also supervises resident assistants, reports community and resident conditions, and ensures compliance with nursing standards and policies.

Provides nursing care to assisted living and skilled nursing residents across all shifts. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, supporting admissions and discharges, documenting care, responding to emergency call lights, communicating resident condition changes to physicians and families, transcribing orders, and ensuring continuity of services.
