Provides service desk, desktop, and end-user technical support across corporate and community locations. Troubleshoots Windows devices, Microsoft 365, networks, peripherals, mobile devices, conference room technology, and user accounts. Manages tickets, access administration, endpoint security, documentation, training, and escalations. Participates in on-call and technology support rotations, supports technical projects, identifies security threats, and improves support processes and customer experience.

Leads marketing and sales for a senior living community, overseeing occupancy development, direct sales, lead generation, advertising, referrals, events, budgets, CRM reporting, and team performance. Hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates sales and marketing staff while managing commissions, community partnerships, brand consistency, and market outreach. The role supports the launch of a new Life Plan/CCRC community and ensures sales goals, regulatory standards, and marketing objectives are achieved.

Provides courteous reception services in a senior living community by answering and transferring calls, assisting residents, staff, guests, and vendors, providing information and directions, and completing clerical duties. This is a part-time position requiring work every other weekend.
