Prepares and serves therapeutic diet trays for skilled nursing residents, sets up and breaks down dining areas, charts food and fluid intake, and communicates with residents about nutritional needs. The role requires English literacy and understanding of measurements; nursing home food service and senior-care experience are preferred. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling and no late nights.

Develops brand awareness, qualified leads, and occupancy through digital and print campaigns, content, events, public relations, social media, and community outreach. Collaborates with sales, leadership, advertising agencies, referral sources, and media outlets to support lead nurturing and conversion. Maintains consistent brand messaging, tracks campaign and occupancy metrics, manages promotional materials, and serves as a community brand ambassador.

Provides clerical and administrative support, including phone coverage, visitor reception, filing, records retrieval, correspondence, meeting coordination, travel scheduling, minutes, office supplies, equipment maintenance, and departmental events. The role requires strong computer and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least two years of administrative experience.
