Part-time receptionist who greets callers and customers, provides basic product and service information, handles data entry, document maintenance and filing, and maintains a friendly, professional demeanor. Evening and weekend availability required; bilingual Spanish preferred.

The BDC Representative generates and secures sales leads, handles incoming calls and online inquiries, schedules appointments, follows up with no-shows and no-sale customers, maintains product and process knowledge, assists walk-in customers, tracks customer satisfaction, and supports management with reporting and other assigned duties.

Answer incoming calls and greet service customers, update customer information, check recalls, review repair orders, process payments, coordinate with service advisors, and provide excellent customer service while completing ongoing training.

Sell new and used vehicles by building customer relationships, demonstrating product features, overcoming objections, and following up for referrals. Meet sales objectives, attend ongoing training, and report to the Sales Manager.
