The BDC Representative generates and secures sales leads, handles incoming calls and online inquiries, schedules appointments, follows up with no-shows and no-sale customers, maintains product and process knowledge, assists walk-in customers, tracks customer satisfaction, and supports management with reporting and other assigned duties.

Sell new and used vehicles by building customer relationships, demonstrating product features, overcoming objections, and following up for referrals. Meet sales objectives, attend ongoing training, and report to the Sales Manager.

Lead HR operations across three dealership locations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, California employment law compliance, performance management, benefits and leave administration, employee engagement, leadership development, workforce and succession planning, and HR policy implementation.
