Leads dealership BDC customer engagement by responding to inquiries across phone and digital channels, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing CRM records, and conducting follow-up outreach. Provides guidance, coaching, and workflow support to Sales Development Coordinators while monitoring activity, appointments, show rates, and missed opportunities. Builds customer relationships, maintains knowledge of inventory and promotions, and partners with dealership departments to deliver a consistent customer experience.

The BDC Representative generates and secures sales leads, handles incoming calls and online inquiries, schedules appointments, follows up with no-shows and no-sale customers, maintains product and process knowledge, assists walk-in customers, tracks customer satisfaction, and supports management with reporting and other assigned duties.

Sell new and used vehicles by building relationships, demonstrating product features, overcoming objections, following up with buyers, and meeting sales targets. Report to the Sales Manager and participate in training and ongoing product learning.
