The BDC Representative generates and secures sales leads, handles phone and online inquiries, schedules appointments, follows up with prospects and no-show customers, assists walk-in visitors, promotes vehicle offers, maintains customer relationships, and records lead activity. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, sales, product knowledge, and proficiency with office and inventory software. Weekend availability is required.
