The BDC Representative generates and secures sales leads, handles incoming calls and online inquiries, schedules appointments, follows up with no-shows and no-sale customers, maintains product and process knowledge, assists walk-in customers, tracks customer satisfaction, and supports management with reporting and other assigned duties.

Answer incoming calls and greet service customers, update customer information, check recalls, review repair orders, process payments, coordinate with service advisors, and provide excellent customer service while completing ongoing training.

Sell new and used vehicles by building relationships, demonstrating product features, overcoming objections, following up for referrals, and meeting sales targets while reporting to the Sales Manager.
