Contract role to design and produce printed concert program books (2026–2027 season). Tasks include translating editorial content into high-quality layouts, managing pagination and print-ready files, adapting seasonal templates, implementing revisions, quality control, and collaborating with stakeholders under tight deadlines (60–100 hours/month).

Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and audience development for 120+ concerts per season. Drive subscription growth, retention, CRM-driven segmentation, performance analytics, partnerships, vendor management, and team leadership to meet revenue and engagement goals.

Prepare, manage, and maintain orchestral scores and parts for rehearsals and performances. Acquire and edit music, create excerpts, coordinate with conductors, musicians, and production teams, maintain repertoire data (OPAS), catalog library materials, and support auditions, concerts, and related administrative tasks.
