Lead and manage the Creative Services team to protect the DSO brand, develop campaign concepts, and deliver high-quality creative across print, digital, video, environmental, and social channels. Oversee production workflows, vendor relationships, budgets, and project schedules while collaborating with marketing to drive audience engagement and ticket sales.

Lead individual, sectional, and full ensemble instruction for beginner–intermediate students aligned with El Sistema pedagogy. Foster inclusive classroom management, provide feedback, support rehearsals and performances, collaborate with staff and families, and model professionalism while adapting to program needs and contributing to student social-emotional growth.

Lead campaign operations and execution for a major fundraising effort, manage a portfolio of donors, develop proposals and gift documentation, track prospects in the CRM, produce reports and briefings, support volunteer campaign committees, and coordinate stewardship and recognition activities.
