Lead strategy and execution for the museums membership program, overseeing acquisition, renewal, upgrades, benefits, communications, CRM data/financial management, staffing, vendor relationships, and member stewardship to drive retention and revenue growth.

Manage all aspects of the museum's foundation and government grant portfolio: research and pursue funding opportunities, draft and submit proposals, steward funders, manage grant calendar and records, collect budgets and impact data, and produce acknowledgement letters and reports in collaboration with departments and senior leadership.

Lead and develop K-12 and special education museum programs both onsite and at partner Dallas ISD schools; prepare teaching materials, manage supplies, greet and direct school groups, support family and public events, and attend required trainings.

Lead development, exhibition, care, research, and publication for the DMA's American and Texas art collections; organize installations and traveling exhibitions; acquire works; fundraise and cultivate donors; manage staff and budgets; collaborate with curatorial, education, exhibitions, marketing, and collections teams; supervise assistants and interns.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, month- and year-end close, audit readiness, internal controls, budgeting/forecasting, fund and endowment accounting, cash/treasury, fixed assets, and supervise the accounting team for the museum.
