Lead development, exhibition, care, research, and publication for the DMA's American and Texas art collections; organize installations and traveling exhibitions; acquire works; fundraise and cultivate donors; manage staff and budgets; collaborate with curatorial, education, exhibitions, marketing, and collections teams; supervise assistants and interns.

Supervise control room and security staff to protect museum collections, visitors, and staff. Monitor issued keys/radios, patrol interior/exterior spaces, respond to emergencies, write and deliver incident and injury reports, support visitor complaints, work events, and follow DMA emergency procedures.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, month- and year-end close, audit readiness, internal controls, budgeting/forecasting, fund and endowment accounting, cash/treasury, fixed assets, and supervise the accounting team for the museum.
