Provides administrative, research, and coordination support to contemporary and global art curators. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, loans, schedules, travel, expenses, files, presentations, events, gallery projects, collection records, exhibition and acquisition research, and communication across museum departments. The role also supports visiting artists and scholars, curatorial volunteers, interns, and office operations while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Lead development, exhibition, care, research, and publication for the DMA's American and Texas art collections; organize installations and traveling exhibitions; acquire works; fundraise and cultivate donors; manage staff and budgets; collaborate with curatorial, education, exhibitions, marketing, and collections teams; supervise assistants and interns.
