Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise AI, ML, GenAI, automation, and integration solutions for financial services clients. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, cost-effective technical blueprints; evaluate AI tools, APIs, cloud platforms, and external integrations; conduct design reviews; enforce architecture and engineering standards; and mentor teams on GenAI patterns and responsible AI. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional stakeholders to demonstrate solution trade-offs and guide AI adoption.

Develop and maintain modular, extensible backend services in Python using FastAPI. Design REST APIs and asynchronous systems, work with relational and NoSQL databases, and apply OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns. Containerize applications with Docker, support CI/CD deployments, write tests with Pytest, and collaborate with engineering teams. Bonus experience includes cloud platforms, message brokers, GraphQL, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

Develop and maintain clean, modular, extensible backend applications in Python and FastAPI. Use Docker, Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and deployment best practices. Preferred experience includes cloud platforms, message brokers, GraphQL, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

Develop scalable multimodal LLM agents and innovative AI solutions using RAG, semantic search, knowledge representation, tool usage, fine-tuning, and reasoning. Build evaluation and training datasets, automate model deployment, monitoring, and retraining, and implement model and data governance. Collaborate with data scientists to optimize machine learning code while contributing to product strategy and customer-focused solutions in an early-stage venture.
