Leads test automation for frontend interfaces, backend APIs, AI/ML model-serving endpoints, GenAI applications, RAG systems, and vector search. Defines quality metrics, reports risks and trends, and collaborates with data scientists, ML engineers, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Design, build, execute, and maintain automated regression testing frameworks for web UI and REST APIs using Java, Cucumber, Playwright or Selenium. Manage code with Git and Maven, integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines, and apply AI-driven QA tools to accelerate script development, debugging, and test-data generation.

Develop and maintain modular, extensible backend services in Python using FastAPI. Design REST APIs and asynchronous systems, work with relational and NoSQL databases, and apply OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns. Containerize applications with Docker, support CI/CD deployments, write tests with Pytest, and collaborate with engineering teams. Bonus experience includes cloud platforms, message brokers, GraphQL, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

Lead client consulting engagements for retail and commercial banking, translating business needs into AI-enabled capabilities. Facilitate workshops, analyze banking processes, design future-state solutions, create requirements and user stories, and bridge business and technology teams. Manage multiple deliverables, collaborate with AI, product, and engineering teams, communicate with senior stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery. Client travel may be required up to 100% of the time.

Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise AI, ML, GenAI, automation, and integration solutions for financial services clients. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, cost-effective technical blueprints; evaluate AI tools, APIs, cloud platforms, and external integrations; conduct design reviews; enforce architecture and engineering standards; and mentor teams on GenAI patterns and responsible AI. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional stakeholders to demonstrate solution trade-offs and guide AI adoption.
