Configure, support, and enhance SAP IS-U Billing across Meter-to-Cash processes, including rates, billing schemas, corrections, invoicing, budget billing, and bill print. Investigate production incidents and billing exceptions, perform root cause analysis, develop functional specifications, gather requirements, coordinate with technical teams, and support testing, deployment, documentation, and compliance. The consultant will assess dependencies across FI-CA, Customer Service, and Device Management while supporting international clients remotely from LATAM.
