Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for an enterprise AI vision platform running on Kubernetes. Investigate and resolve complex issues involving deployments, containers, infrastructure, networking, hardware, configuration, logs, and distributed systems. Reproduce customer environments, lead troubleshooting sessions, perform root-cause analysis, collaborate with Engineering on escalations, and communicate technical findings and resolutions to enterprise customers. The role is fully remote in LATAM and requires U.S. East Coast availability.

Join a distributed team to design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. Contribute backend and frontend code, follow OOP principles, troubleshoot and optimize performance, participate in code reviews, work in Agile, and learn or use PHP/Laravel as needed. Must overlap Central or Pacific Time and communicate in advanced English.

Lead evaluation and benchmarking of enterprise-scale graph databases. Extract, transform, and load data from Databricks into multiple graph platforms, implement benchmark workloads and APIs, analyze query plans and indexing, provision test environments, document results, and advise architects and leaders on technical trade-offs and recommendations.
